Open a new canvas 600 px wide by 600 px high - Flood fill white.
Add a new raster layer - Select all.- Open paper 1
Paste into selection - Select None.
Apply mask - Merge group - Now go to Effects - Artistic Effects - Enamel

Open frame 2 - Copy / Paste as a new layer.
Grab your magic wand and click inside frame - Selections - Modify - Expand 20
Add a new raster layer - Open Paper 8 .
Copy / Paste into selection - Select None
Move Paper layer below your frame layer in your layer palette.
Open Tree3 - Paste as a new layer arrange under frame layer on upper left.
Open Tree - Paste as a new layer arrange below frame layer on upper right
Open Glitter - Copy / Paste as a new layer - Mirror - Resize to 90%
Make sure the "Resize all layers" box is not ticked.
Activate Frame layer - Open Grass - Copy / Paste as a new layer
Arrange to left - Duplicate - Mirror
Open basket - Copy / Paste as a new layer - Resize to 70% Arrange on left.
Open Grass3 - Copy / Paste as a new layer - Resize to 59% Arrange on right.
Your canvas should look something like this now.
Add any elements you want now.  I used:
Flower14-Resized to 80%
Flower10-Resized to 35%
Flower4-Resized to 30%
Flower7-Resized to 22%
Bird3-Resized to 48%
Chick-Resized to 30%
On the elements above I duplicated them and applied a Gaussian blur to the duplicate layer and changed the blend mode to soft light to give them a softer effect.
Egg-Resized to 26%
Egg2-Resized to 26%
Butterflys (2)- Using your freehand selection tool, select one butterfly.
Copy / paste as a new layer - Duplicate and Resize to 2 or 3 different sizes.
Mirror and arrange as desired. Number of butterflies is optional.
Paste your tube as a new layer.
Arrange - Duplicate - Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur 3
Change the blend mode to soft light in your layer palette.
Apply porcelain filter to original tube layer with these settings:
Apply a drop shadow to your original tube layer.
I used V&H 1- Opacity 30 - Blur 3- Black
Apply same drop shadow to all elements EXCEPT Grass, grass3, basket and Frame2.  For grass3 I selected the long grass strips with my freehand selection tool and applied a drop shadow to that part only because if I applied a drop shadow to the whole element it gets dark on the grass part. Apply a heavier drop shadow to frame 2  I used V&H 2- Opacity 40 - Blur 4 - Black.
If you are going to resize your tag, do it now.
Apply text, appropriate copyright and your name.
Hide your white background layer, merge visible and save as a PNG or JPG.

Here is another example using the art of PinUpToons... so CUTE!

I hope you enjoyed my tutorial...come back soon!

Open a new canvas 800 px wide by 800 px high - Flood fill white.
Open Element 1 - Copy and paste to your canvas .
Resize to 60% - then to 51% - Sharpen.
Arrange to the upper center of your canvas.

When you have both fence pieces in place activate the top one in your layer palette - Merge down..
Go to selections - Select all - Float - Defloat .
Add a new raster layer - Flood fill black - Select None
Apply a drop shadow to black fence. I used V&H 2- Opacity 40 - Blur 4.
Delete original fence layer.
Open element 51 - Resize to 50% twice - Sharpen.
Move branch layer under gazebo layer in your layer palette. Arrange to left.
When happy with the placement, Duplicate.
Change blend mode to multiply - turn opacity down to 50.
Merge down - Duplicate - Mirror - Arrange.
When happy with placement of both branches, merge down - Duplicate.
On your duplicate layer - Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur 3 - Change blend mode to Soft light.
Apply same drop shadow to the bottom branch layer.
(Most of the elements already come with a drop shadow so I applied only to the ones that didn't)
Open element 43 - Resize to 50% three times - Sharpen
Arrange to center of gazebo.
Open Element 50 - Shift + D to duplicate. Close original layer.
Resize to 60% .- Image - Rotate left - Sharpen.
Grab your freehand selection tool and select part of the rose branch.like this:
Copy and paste behind fence layer - Mirror - Arrange - Duplicate - Flip.
Move duplicate layer down until flowers show under fence.
You will have overhang on each side of your fence. To get rid of it grab your Rectangle selection tool and draw a square carefully around what you want to eliminate.
Hit delete on your keyboard - Keep Selected - Activate second branch layer and hit delete - Select none.
Go to the other side of your fence and repeat the process.
Merge down -  Duplicate.
On your duplicate layer - Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur 3 - Change blend mode to Soft light.
Apply same drop shadow.
Your tag should look something like this now.

Open element 58 - Resize to 50% twice then to 60% .
Arrange on bottom bar of the fence on either side.
Duplicate - Move over to opposite side and arrange so they connect in the middle of  fence.
Merge down - Delete any over hang using same method as for branch.
Open Element 48 - Copy and paste on your canvas.
Resize to 50% twice - Mirror - Arrange - Duplicate
On your duplicate layer - Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur 3 - Change blend mode to Soft light.
Apply same drop shadow to bottom element layer.
Open element 24 - Resize to 50% twice then to 80% - Sharpen - Arrange lower left.

Open element 15 - Resize to 50% twice then to 70% - Mirror and arrange behind vase.
Apply same drop shadow.
Open element 30 - Resize to 50% three times - Arrange in vase - Duplicate
On your duplicate layer - Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur 3 - Change blend mode to Soft light.
Apply same drop shadow to bottom flower layer.
Use any flower elements and arrange to your liking on your tag.
Use the same resize amounts and soft light layers and drop shadow as before.
Activate your white background layer. Add a new raster layer.
If you have a grass tube with your psp use it to create grass as needed on that layer.
If you don't, here is a grass tube I made for my tag.  Click to enlarge, right click to save.
Instead of adding a new raster layer, paste as a new layer - Duplicate - Mirror - Flip and arrange to cover the white background  showing behind your fence layer.
Activate your top layer in your layer palette.
Open element 35 - Paste as a new layer - Resize to 50% then to 60% - Mirror - Use your pick tool to turn it slightly to the left. Arrange - Duplicate.
On your duplicate layer - Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur 3 - Change blend mode to Soft light. Apply same drop shadow.
Open element 53 - Resize to 50% 3 times - Arrange - Apply same drop shadow.
Add in a butterfly or a dragonfly or any other elements you want.
Paste your tube as a new layer.
Arrange - Duplicate - Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur 3
Change the blend mode to Soft Light in your layer palette.
Change blend mode to soft light. For this tube I turned down the opacity on my Gaussian blur layer to 50 but use your judgement for the tube you are using.
Apply porcelain filter to original tube layer with these settings:
Use settings that are appropriate for the tube you're using.
Apply same drop shadow as before.
I purposely left the mask layer for last because I had so many elements going on in this tag I wanted to see what mask effect I needed.  Since my tag was almost the whole size of the canvas, I just needed something to put a little light inside my gazebo.
Add a new raster layer - Select All - Flood fill with #d7a726
Apply mask - Merge group - Duplicate - Merge down.- Mirror.
Resize tag to desired size now.
Apply text, appropriate copyright and your name.
Turn off the opacity on your white background layer.
Merge visible and save as a PNG or JPG.

Here's another example using a different tube.
I just moved some of the elements to suit the placement of my tube.

I hope you enjoyed my tutorial...come back soon!

Activate the frame layer.
Grab your rectangle selection tool and draw a selection like this:

Keep selected - Add a new raster layer
Move it under the frame layer in your layer Palette.
Use a gradient or color of your choice.
I used the "black blind" gradient from my PSP with these settings.

Open Element IHU-43 - Copy/Paste as a new layer on your teddy bear.
Go to Image - Resize - 88%
Turn opacity of your heart layer down to 75 in your layer palette so it becomes slightly transparent.
Arrange it on top of the other heart the bear is holding so it covers it.
Now here's the tricky part... Zoom in to 250%
Lower the opacity to 30 of your heart layer so you can clearly see his hands.
Grab your freehand selection tool and carefully select his hands.
It will look like this:

Make sure you have the heart layer activated - Delete - Select none.
Do the same process for the other hand.
Turn opacity on heart layer back up to 100% - Merge heart layer down.
Go back to your tag and activate the frame layer.
Copy/Paste the teddy bear - Resize 60% - Arrange.
Duplicate teddy bear - Set blend mode to Soft light on duplicate layer.
Apply drop shadow -  I used V&H=2 - Opacity 40 - Blur 4 - Black
Open IHU-16 - Copy/Paste as a new layer - Resize to 25%
Duplicate and arrange to your liking. Apply same drop shadow.
Open IHU-15 - Copy/Paste as a new layer - Resize to 65%
Grab your pick tool (deformation tool) and turn the heart to the right slightly.
Arrange and apply same drop shadow.
Open IHU-62 - Copy/Paste as a new layer - Resize to 60%
Arrange upper top right - Duplicate
Move duplicate later to lower left so some small hearts are showing.
Merge down- Apply same drop shadow.
Go to your layer palette and move this layer down until it is on top of your Suzmask layer.
Go back and activate frame layer and give it the same drop shadow.
Paste your tube as a new layer.
Arrange - Duplicate - Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur-3
Change Blend Mode to Soft Light.
I turned the opacity down on the soft light layer to 30.
Use your judgement what setting is good for your tube.
Activate original tube layer - Apply porcelain filter with these settings:

Apply drop shadow - I used V&H=1 - Opacity 30 - Blur 3 - Black
Apply text, appropriate copyright and your name.
Merge visible and save as a PNG or JPG.

Promote selection to layer - Flood fill Black - Select None.
Duplicate twice.  Grab your Move tool and move one copy to the right leaving a space in between and pull it just a bit down farther than the original. Grab the other copy and do the same but move to the left (you can hide the copies layer to make the positioning easier). Duplicate - Mirror - Merge Down - Apply Gradient glow with these settings:

Activate original tube layer - Apply Porcelain Filter with these settings:

Apply drop shadow of choice.  I used V&H 2 - Opacity 40 - Blur 4 - Black
Paste your full body tube and arrange to your liking.  Follow same procedure as for close up.
When you are happy with how your tag is arranged, crop tag to size to get rid of all the overhang.

If you are not going to animate your tag, skip the next step - Merge visible and save as a PNG or JPG.

**On to animation**
Open Animation Shop
Open flash1_byMissy - Select all Frames (Ctrl + A)
Now back in PSP, starting at the bottom of your layer palette, close off visibility to all layers except the bottom 3 which should be the white background, the Xaggerated layer and the black strip layer.
Copy Merged - Paste as a new animation in A/S - Duplicate to a total of 13 frames - Activate Frame 1.
Go to Missy's animation - Grab the animation in the center by left clicking ït and while holding the button down drag it on top of your tag: When it's placed where you want it, let the button go.  View animation.  (Remember, you can click undo and redo as many times as needed.)
Back in PSP, starting at the bottom of your layer palette, close off visibility to the 3 layers that were showing and open visiblity to all that were closed - Copy Merged - Paste as a new animation in A/S - Duplicate to a total of 13 frames - Locate Frame 1 - Select All - Grab it the same way and slide on top of your tag. When it is placed right let go.  View animation - If you are happy with it, save as a GIF.
When saving, click on customize and use these settings:

Now the first part of your set is done.  On to the Avatar.

**Avatar**

In PSP open all layers that had visibity closed off.  Hit Shift + D on your keyboard.
Grab your crop tool set to 150 px wide by 200 px high
Click on your tag - Grab the center node to arrange the crop selection.
When happy click on crop - Delete any unnecessary layers.
Activate the top layer in your layer palette - Add a new raster layer - Select all.
Repeat the same process to make your frame as you did for your tag.
Apply appropriate copyright and name or letter.
If you are going to animate your Avatar you do exactly the same thing you did to animate your tag only this time grab the animation from the outer edge so just part of it will be on the avatar.  The more animated the tag is the larger the file size and some forums won't accept Avatars over a certain amount of kbs.
View animation - If you are happy with it, save as a GIF.

And you're done!  Now how easy is that?

Here's another version of the same set with the awesome art of The Hunter.  The full body tube is sitting right behind the close up to give the close up a "winged effect" as the close up didn't come with wings.
